OPT-OUT TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY

California law (Civil Code section 5200) entitles any member of an HOA to request and obtain a copy of the HOA’s membership list. The membership list includes the names, property addresses, mailing addresses, and email addresses of all members, except those members who have “opted-out” of having their information disclosed to other members on the membership list. REQUEST BOARD and committee MEETING MINUTES

California law (Civil Code section 5210) entitles any member of an HOA to be provided copies of all open session Board meeting minutes and all member meeting minutes since 1/2006. Members are also entitled to be provided the minutes of meetings of all committees with decision making authority since 1/2007. NON-CONSENT TO ONLY VIRTUAL (ZOOM) MEETINGS AND VOTING
